Alexander’s Steakhouse has received numerous awards and accolades since its South Bay opening in 2005.

Scope of Work

D-Scheme Studio created architectural designs, managed project execution, and facilitated city inspections in preparation for new restaurant openings.

Highlights for original 10,000 sq ft Cupertino space include main entrance canopy construction, conversion of the existing entrance walkway into an outdoor dining partition, replacement of the existing clay tile roof with standing seam metal roofing.

Highlights for 9,400 sq ft San Francisco space include new kitchen equipment layout, new lighting, new Japanese Shoji screen doors, and new finishes throughout.

At the 11,000 sq ft Pasadena location, D-Scheme redesigned the kitchen, bar and dining areas, with new equipment, lighting and finishes throughout. The Japanese Shoji screen elements was carried forward but reimagined through storefront partitions separating large banquet spaces.
