SCOPE OF WORK
For the San Francisco location, D-Scheme Studio performed a tenant improvement on an existing 1,600 sq ft restaurant space in the Marina. Project called new kitchen equipment, new lighting, new millwork, and new finishes. In addition to selecting finishes, D-Scheme Studio compiled permit drawings and performed management duties.
The tenant improvement at the 4,000 sq ft Oakland location includes completely redesigned kitchen and dining areas, with new equipment, lighting and finishes throughout. Part of the renovation involved stripping back the interior to its original brickwork and creating views into the kitchen and prep areas with an open layout.
